Introduction

Welcome to London West Alliance Initial Teacher Training (LWA ITT).  We look forward to working with you on your journey to becoming a member of the teaching profession. We offer two school based initial teacher training routes in partnership with Roehampton University:

• Salaried school based training
• Tuition fee school based training

These school based training routes consist of 4 days a week learning and developing your practice in your placement school setting, and 1 day a week central training at Roehampton University. 

Subjects available 2024/25

11-16 with KS5 experience: Art, Biology, Chemistry, Computing, Design & Technology, Drama, English, Geography, Maths, History, Modern Foreign Languages, Music, Physics, Physical Education, and Religious Studies.

14-19: Dance, Economics and Business Studies, Psychology, Social Sciences.
