Get into teaching events

Find out more about training to teach with us at the LWA ITT through our ‘Get into Teaching' information sessions. 

Our face-to-face and online sessions will take place on the dates below, if you are unable to attend please get in touch and we can arrange a mutually convenient time to talk to you.

Our face-to-face days will include:

• An introduction to secondary school teaching in England, with a focus on teaching in West London and our partner schools
• A presentation on a variety of topics, including routes into teaching, funding, preparing to apply and the application process
• A Q&A session with a current trainee and mentor
• A lesson observation in your subject specialism
• One-to-one advice to attendees
